TPP SUCCESS STORY:

How TPi Arcade Turned Leadership Training Into a 25-Point Productivity Gain

TPi Arcade recently experienced a clear and measurable improvement in performance after introducing the 5th Metric Scorecard to its frontline and mid-level leaders. The tool was implemented following a Leadership Retention Training session held on Friday, April 25. The workshop helped leaders understand how employee engagement directly influences daily productivity and how consistent leadership behavior can strengthen communication, morale, and accountability.

During the training, leaders learned how to identify Engaged, Disengaged, and Actively Disengaged teammates. They also gained practical ways to support employees who needed direction or coaching. Each leader concluded the session with a personal commitment to lead with intention and help their teams succeed.

Putting the Scorecard Into Practice

The 5th Metric Scorecard gave supervisors a simple, structured way to monitor engagement and check in regularly with their teams. It helped them spot early warning signs, recognize positive behaviors, and guide more meaningful conversations with employees.

TPi Arcade reinforced the importance of using the tool consistently. When one supervisor chose not to implement the Scorecard despite clear expectations, the company made the difficult decision to let him go. This action confirmed that leadership responsibilities and team engagement are taken seriously throughout the organization.

A Significant Productivity Gain

Within weeks of adopting the Scorecard, one department experienced a major improvement in production efficiency. Before implementation, the department operated at about 85% efficiency. After the supervisor began using the Scorecard consistently and engaging intentionally with employees, efficiency rose to 110%.

This improvement did not come from new equipment or new processes. It came from better leadership behavior and stronger employee engagement.

A Practical Tool That Makes a Difference

TPi Arcade’s success shows that even simple tools can create meaningful change when used consistently. The 5th Metric Scorecard helped leaders:

  • strengthen communication

  • address issues earlier

  • recognize positive contributions

  • support employees more effectively

  • build a more engaged and accountable team

For TPi Arcade, these changes led to higher morale, better alignment, and measurable operational gains. Their experience demonstrates how intentional leadership and consistent use of the Scorecard can help any team improve performance and build a stronger workplace culture.
