Who is eligible to participate in the Talent Pipeline Program?

Small and mid-sized Maritime Industrial Base companies with fewer than 1,000 employees at a single site, who support the program mission and have a hiring demand over the next 12–24 months and is willing to do something different.

Is there a cost to join the program?

No. Participation in the Talent Pipeline Program is completely free.

Do we have to change our current systems?

Only if your current system isn’t delivering results. This program supports you in improving outcomes, not replacing what’s already working.

What kind of support will we receive?

Each Flag Region has a dedicated team of Network Coaches and Flag Leads to guide you through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success.

Does the Talent Pipeline Program provide resumes or candidate lists?

No. The Talent Pipeline Program is not a staffing or resume service. Instead, we help manufacturers build sustainable systems to attract, develop, and retain talent. Through training, onboarding tools, and regional collaboration, we strengthen your long-term workforce instead of filling short-term openings.
