New England Talent Pipeline Midyear Team Update and Sharing Event

On Wednesday, 1 February 2024, the New England Talent Pipeline Project hosted its first Midyear Team Update and Sharing Event at the Babson Executive Center in Massachusetts. The event hosted nearly 60 representatives from employers, facilitators, and training providers across the region to engage in thoughtful discussions focused on the Talent Acquisition and Retention process.

The group was divided into four breakout sessions to dive deeper into the major issues employers are running into in their Recruiting, Hiring, Onboarding, and Retention processes and find new and improved ways to fix these issues. Key drivers for success were identified and shared among participants.

Command Master Chief Jeff Hiscocks closed out the afternoon with a reminder of the importance of not only the program but also the work that all of those in attendance do for not only the Navy but also the safety and stability of the country.

The event served as a valuable platform for generating a collaborative and insightful discussion as well as encouraging people to network and promote success within the New England Talent Pipeline Community.
