Pennsylvania Pipeline Project Talent Acquisition & Retention Workshop Registration

This session will share best practices for building substantive and meaningful employer partnerships in creating a customized CTE training experience, based upon the local employer’s actual entry-level job requirements. Local employers pledge to hire and retain, for at least one-year, qualified CTE students/candidates wishing to enter their Talent Acquisition and Retention pipeline. Learn more about this Talent Acquisition and Retention Pipeline Solution program where the “customers” are employers, and the product is an energized local economy in which employers are enabled to run a more profitable business by way of hiring and retaining better employees.
