Pennsylvania Talent Pipeline Program hosted its Midyear Team Update and Sharing Event

The Pennsylvania Talent Pipeline Program successfully hosted its Midyear Team Update and Sharing Event on January 18, 2024, in Philadelphia. The event brought together a diverse group, with 50 attendees comprising representatives from 19 Defense Manufacturing Companies in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, along with 12 Career & Technical Education and Facilitators Representatives.

The gathering focused on Talent Acquisition and Retention discussions, delving into issues that impede success while exploring effective countermeasures and success strategies. Key drivers for success were identified and shared among participants.

The event served as a valuable platform for generating avenues to learn across networks, further fostering flag-level success. Among the highlights was the announcement of the Teammate of the Day, awarded to Kingsbury, Inc. and NextOps for their outstanding contributions.

The Midyear Team Sharing & Network Event was a collaborative and insightful forum, strengthening connections and promoting success within the talent pipeline community.
