November 8, 2023 - Region 1 of the New England Talent Pipeline Project held their second Lunch and Learn hosted by AccuRounds. Mike Tamasi, Owner and CEO of Accurounds, started the day off with a presentation centered around creating a productive environment while focusing on culture. We also heard from Lawrence “LT” Tracy from the Massachusetts Department of Corrections, who spoke to the team about ways companies can start incorporating reformed individuals into their workforce. After a tour of AccuRounds, the team enjoyed lunch and program updates from both Heather Hopkins of the Submarine Industrial Base and Tim Fox from SENEDIA. Thanks to all those who attended and AccuRounds for hosting another successful event.
