TPP Program Leader Joe Barto speaks at AIA and NDIA

NORTHERN VIRGINIA - On Tuesday, April 22nd, the Talent Pipeline Program Leader, Mr. Joe Barto, was invited to two speaking engagements in Northern Virginia. The first was at the Aviation Industrial Association (AIA). Mr. Barto was part of a three-person panel focused on the successes of several different Workforce Programs around the country. It was a great discussion focused on how the Talent Pipeline Program and other like-minded programs are working towards a similar goal of bolstering the Defense Industrial Base and the rest of the Workforce associated with the Defense Industry.

The second was hosted by the National Defense Industry Association (NDIA). Mr. Barto joined the Quarterly Meeting for all of the Chapters around the country. He was given the opportunity to speak to the Chapters and explain more about the program and ways that it could benefit their members. It was a chance to reach out to areas that may be outside of the Regional Flags that have been established and hopefully gain traction in more locations.

Engagements like these are wonderful opportunities to promote the Talent Pipeline Program to larger markets and discover areas that might need the help and services that are available.
